Cris Swinhoe won the Veteran 50 yr age group in The Rauceby Ripper, coming 17th overall in a field of over 200.
On Saturday, Cris pulled out this fantastic result in The Rauceby Ripper – an 8.5 mile x-country race in Lincolnshire. His AG victory was in a time of 58m 09s on a course that is mainly fields and farm tracks.
Cris is coached by TDC’s Annie Emmerson and is excited about the year ahead:
